Who Operates the Directory

IranianLawyer.com (the “Site” or “Directory”) is owned and operated by ZSany LLC (“ZSany,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The Site provides searchable professional profiles, general information, and optional paid directory advertising. ZSany is not a law firm, does not practice law, and does not itself provide legal representation or legal opinions.

General Information—Not Legal Advice

Profiles, practice-area descriptions, biographies, articles, translated text, educational materials, videos, interviews, and search results are offered for general information or advertising purposes. They are not legal advice, a legal opinion, or an assessment of the legal merits of any particular matter.

Laws and professional rules vary by location and change over time. Do not rely on Site content as a substitute for advice from a properly authorized legal professional familiar with your circumstances.

No Attorney–Client Relationship or Automatic Confidentiality

Browsing the Site, viewing an attorney profile, sending an inquiry, or receiving a reply does not establish an attorney–client relationship with ZSany. Contacting a listed attorney does not, by itself, guarantee that the attorney has agreed to represent you. Whether any duties of confidentiality or privilege arise from a communication with a particular lawyer is governed by applicable law and the circumstances of that communication.

Do not submit confidential, privileged, sensitive, or time-critical information through general Site forms. An attorney should confirm a suitable secure communication method before you send detailed case information.

Emergencies, Deadlines, and Time-Sensitive Matters

The Site is not an emergency or urgent legal assistance service. Messages may not be reviewed immediately, delivered successfully, or answered. Do not rely on a directory contact form for filing deadlines, statutes of limitation, hearings, detention matters, protective orders, or emergencies. Contact a qualified attorney, legal aid organization, or emergency service directly as appropriate.

Independent Attorneys and Professional Services

Listed lawyers and firms operate independently of ZSany. ZSany does not supervise their work, set legal fees, conduct conflicts checks, accept clients for them, handle client funds, or control their professional judgments. Any consultation, engagement agreement, fees, representation, or dispute about legal services is between the visitor and the selected professional.

Jurisdiction, Licensing, and Practice Categories

Appearance under a country, state, city, or practice-area category does not establish that a lawyer is licensed or authorized to practice in that place, is a certified specialist, or accepts matters of that type. Professional credentials, license status, discipline, malpractice insurance, certifications, and geographic authorization may change.

Before engaging a professional, independently check the relevant regulator or official bar directory, confirm the lawyer’s current licensing status and jurisdiction, and assess whether the lawyer is appropriate for your matter. Practice-area tags are directory classifications, not proof of specialist certification.

Iranian Community Focus and Language Claims

The Directory focuses on lawyers who identify with, serve, or provide services relevant to the Iranian and Persian-speaking community. An attorney’s Iranian background, connection to the community, and language ability may be self-reported or drawn from public professional sources. Unless expressly stated and supported, ZSany has not independently established a person’s ancestry, Farsi/Persian fluency, or ability to provide legal services in a particular language.

Before retaining an attorney, directly confirm the language in which advice, documents, and representation can be provided. Directory participation criteria and services are subject to applicable nondiscrimination and professional rules.

Publicly Sourced, Unclaimed, and Attorney-Managed Profiles

Some attorney profiles are compiled from publicly available professional websites, directories, and other business sources and may appear publicly before a lawyer claims or approves them. Other profiles are created or updated by an attorney or an authorized representative. A publicly displayed or unclaimed profile does not imply that the attorney has approved the profile, partnered with ZSany, endorsed the Directory, or purchased a package.

Publicly available information can be outdated or inaccurate and is not necessarily unrestricted for every use. Attorneys or authorized representatives may request corrections, a claim review, or removal, subject to applicable law, through the contact form.

Account Activation and the Blue Checkmark

Professional accounts may be created by lawyers or by our team using a work email associated with the listing. Access may be activated through a password-reset or activation link sent to that email address. After activation, the lawyer or a person using the associated account on the lawyer's or firm's behalf can access the client panel and edit or update the profile, subject to the Site's applicable review and security procedures.

The blue checkmark indicates activated profile-management access. It does not independently verify the identity of every person accessing the account, authority to represent the lawyer, active bar licensing, disciplinary standing, professional qualifications, experience, language fluency, or ZSany's endorsement. Account access and the truth of professional credentials are separate matters. If control of a profile is disputed, we may request proof of authority or restrict the account pending review.

Profile Changes and Content Review

For some new professional accounts, profile edits may remain pending administrative review. Changes from established, published accounts may appear without a new manual approval step. ZSany may review, correct, restrict, or remove material that appears inaccurate, unauthorized, unlawful, or misleading, but does not continuously preapprove every published statement.

Professionals and authorized account users are responsible for keeping the listing accurate and complying with applicable professional-conduct and advertising rules. Report corrections, impersonation, or disputed access through the contact form.

AI-Assisted Preparation and Accuracy Limitations

ZSany may use AI-assisted tools to help draft or edit profile descriptions, translate or organize information, prepare outreach, and review publicly available professional details. Automated content can contain errors, outdated information, or misleading implications; it should not be interpreted as independent credential verification or a guarantee of accuracy.

Where information is important to a hiring decision, confirm it with the lawyer and appropriate official records. The Site does not provide individualized AI legal advice through these directory functions.

Tier Symbols, Diamonds, Shields, and Other Labels

The Directory offers free listings and optional paid advertising placements. Sponsored labels identify paid visibility and do not indicate verified credentials, superior professional quality, endorsement or guaranteed results.

Advertising Disclosures at the Point of Display

Additional promotional material distributed on affiliated sites or social-media channels may carry separate advertising disclosures where required by law.

Visitors Independently Select Attorneys

The Directory provides searchable professional listings and paid advertising visibility. Visitors decide which profiles to view and which attorneys to contact. Geographic and practice-area search tools organize available information; they do not evaluate a visitor’s specific legal situation or determine which lawyer is suitable for that person. Sponsored placement is purchased advertising, not a personalized professional recommendation or endorsement.

No Legal Fee Sharing or Guaranteed Engagement

Directory package prices are presented as payment for advertising or related agreed services, not as a percentage of attorney fees or a guarantee that visitors will hire an attorney. Any distinct referral, commission, co-marketing, or fee arrangement must independently comply with the professional-conduct and other laws that govern it. ZSany does not warrant that an attorney contacted through the Directory will accept any inquiry or provide representation.

No Client, Lead, Search, or Financial Guarantees

Neither free nor paid listings guarantee inquiries, consultations, retained clients, revenue, particular advertising results, Google ranking, ChatGPT or other AI-system visibility, third-party search placement, social-media reach, or search-indexing outcomes. Previous performance, projections, and general marketing statements are not promises of future results.

Express benefits purchased under a written order remain governed by that order; this Disclaimer does not eliminate an express, enforceable service commitment.

Professional Advertising and Geographic Rules

Lawyer advertising requirements vary among U.S. states, Canadian provinces, and other jurisdictions. Requirements may govern language claims, specialization, testimonials, endorsements, communications, record retention, sponsored content, and representation of practice rights. Each attorney remains responsible for reviewing advertising connected to that attorney and complying with applicable professional obligations.

ZSany may review, limit, or remove content when reasonably necessary for compliance, but does not guarantee that every profile has been preapproved by a bar association or professional regulator.

Reviews, Testimonials, Sponsorships, and Past Results

If the Site or an affiliated promotional channel displays attorney reviews, testimonials, interviews, case outcomes, or sponsorships, they may reflect third-party statements and should not be understood as a guaranteed result or independent endorsement. A material paid or promotional connection must be disclosed where required. Testimonials do not establish that a different client can expect the same result.

Not all categories of reviews or testimonials are necessarily available on the Site at a given time.

Contact Forms, WhatsApp, and Communication Delivery

Where a listed attorney enables an inquiry form, the Site may facilitate a message intended for that selected professional. Listings may also offer attorney-provided phone numbers, WhatsApp links, email addresses, or external websites. Sending a message does not create an obligation to reply or accept representation.

Internet communications can be misdirected, intercepted, retained, or delayed. ZSany cannot guarantee confidentiality, delivery, security, or prompt response for all communication methods. Please review the Privacy Policy for how Site-side information is handled and the attorney’s own policies for direct communications.

Third-Party Websites and Regulatory Records

External law-firm pages, bar directories, payment services, social media, maps, video providers, and messaging services are controlled by third parties. Their inclusion is for convenience and does not guarantee accuracy, availability, security, accessibility, or endorsement by ZSany. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.

Site Availability, Updates, and Incomplete Coverage

The Directory may change profiles, locations, classifications, advertising inventory, and functionality; temporary interruptions may occur. Search results are not a complete or exhaustive list of lawyers in any jurisdiction, practice area, or language. The absence of a lawyer from the Site should not be interpreted as a negative assessment of that lawyer.

Warranties, Liability, and Mandatory Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, general Directory information is provided “as is” and “as available” without a guarantee of completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or suitability for a specific matter. The Terms of Use govern any enforceable contractual warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, remedies, and dispute provisions.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or reduces liability, consumer protections, privacy rights, or professional responsibilities that cannot lawfully be waived. A disclaimer does not excuse misleading advertising or a failure to deliver expressly purchased services.

Correction Requests, Privacy, and Contact

If you identify inaccurate profile information, impersonation, disputed account access, an erroneous professional claim, or misleading advertising, please use our contact form. Attorneys and authorized representatives may request a correction, account-control review, or removal, subject to applicable law.

Under our Privacy Policy, ordinary deleted listing data and routine Site-controlled inquiries and technical records generally follow a 90-day retention schedule, while necessary verification/change records, financial and tax documentation, unsubscribe information, and records connected to disputes or legal obligations may have different justified retention periods. The schedule does not control copies held by outside attorneys or search engines. A lawful deletion request may require earlier action.
