Coline Bahareh Dassant

Coline Dassant is an attorney admitted to the Paris Bar and has been practising law since 2009.

Based in Paris, she advises and represents both French and international clients, with a strong focus on French immigration and nationality law, administrative law, family law and commercial disputes.

Her immigration practice covers a wide range of matters, including long-stay visas, residence permits, changes of immigration status, Talent Passport applications, family immigration, visitor and employee status, regularisation procedures, and applications for long-term residence. She also assists clients with French nationality and naturalisation procedures, as well as appeals against visa refusals, residence permit refusals and other adverse administrative decisions.

She regularly represents clients before French administrative authorities, prefectures, consulates and administrative courts, handling both administrative appeals and litigation.
