Halleh T. Omidi is a specialized Denver divorce attorney with extensive experience in all aspects of dissolution of marriage, including complex asset division, parental responsibility allocation, child support, alimony (maintenance), paternity matters, post-decree modifications, and appeals. Her goal is to provide strategic, compassionate representation tailored to each client’s unique family situation. Halleh is also highly experienced in litigation, recognizing that certain cases require aggressive courtroom advocacy. In 2013, she completed the Houston Family Law Trial Institute, a prestigious trial training program for elite family law practitioners. When litigation is not necessary, she negotiates with opposing parties to reach optimal, amicable outcomes in emotionally charged domestic cases.

Legal Background and Education

Born and raised in Westminster, Colorado, Halleh’s passion for family law started early. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado Boulder and interned for the Boulder County Juvenile Court during college. While at the University of Colorado Law School, she served as a student attorney with the Juvenile Law Clinic, representing children as Guardian ad Litem and parents as Respondent Parent Counsel in Dependency and Neglect cases. Halleh also clerked at Hogan Omidi, PC throughout law school, gaining hands-on experience in family law litigation and client advocacy.

Outside of work, Halleh enjoys fitness classes, water sports, hiking, reading, and world travel.
