Mani Peydayesh

Mani has developed a comprehensive knowledge across a diverse range of legal areas, including Civil Litigation, Family Law, Real Estate, Immigration, and Wills & Estates. This broad experience has equipped him with a well-rounded understanding of the law, enabling him to adeptly handle matters of varying complexity. Currently, Manis primary focus lies in the practice of Family Law, although he continues to assist clients with Wills and Refugee matters. He has represented clients in all levels of the court in Alberta, including the Court of Justice, Court of Kings Bench, and Court of Appeal. Mani has also secured numerous successful outcomes before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and the Immigration Appeal Division.
