Michael Payman Kade

Michael Payman Kade is a California attorney, trial lawyer, and adjunct law professor based in Southern California. He is the founder of the Law Offices of Michael P. Kade, APLC, where he represents clients in criminal defense and civil litigation matters. He has practiced law since 1999 and previously served as a police officer with the Los Angeles Police Department, bringing experience with law enforcement procedures to his criminal defense practice.

Michaels criminal defense work includes representing individuals facing a wide range of charges, from theft and shoplifting to serious felony allegations. His practice includes DUI defense, drug offenses, assault and battery, domestic violence, theft-related offenses, and other criminal matters. He represents clients in California state and federal criminal proceedings.

In addition to criminal defense, Michael handles civil litigation and personal injury cases. His civil practice includes disputes involving businesses and contracts, partner disputes, negligence claims, accidents, and premises liability matters such as slip-and-fall incidents. He also handles California Lemon Law matters involving defective vehicles and consumer rights.
