Milad Shojaei

Milad Shojaei is a highly regarded Direct Access Barrister at 33 Bedford Row Chambers in London, specialising in family and criminal law. PA v MT [2026] EWFC 225 (B) Represented the father in a three-day fact-finding hearing. Allegations of coercive and controlling behaviour were rejected, substantial unsupervised contact was maintained, and overnight and holiday contact was secured pending the final hearing.

W v W [2025] EWFC 356 Successfully appealed a Circuit Judges decision in the High Court on the ground of serious procedural irregularity. The decision was set aside and remitted for reconsideration.

W v W [2025] EWFC 452 Secured permission to appeal, including an extension of time, in a second High Court appeal arising from the same proceedings. The Court reconsidered the underlying issues and clarified the approach to older children and welfare analysis in private law cases.

NT v PM [2024] EWFC 263 (B) Represented the father in a fact-finding hearing involving serious allegations of sexual abuse, all of which were rejected. The Court instead found that the mother had subjected the father to emotional abuse.
