James S. Irani is a highly experienced immigration attorney licensed in the State of New York. His legal career began in 1980 when he worked as a court interpreter, and he has been practicing immigration law ever since becoming a licensed attorney. A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Irani is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, as well as the Federal Courts in the Southern, Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of New York. Mr. Irani is fluent in both English and Farsi and has built a strong reputation within the Iranian-American community. He regularly lectures at community forums, contributes legal articles, and is frequently featured on Iranian television programs as an expert on U.S. immigration laws.
