Nooshin Namazi brings over 20 years of legal experience representing both international and domestic insurance underwriters in complex maritime and insurance coverage matters. Her work spans nationwide litigation and advisory services related to all facets of maritime commerce, including open cargo policies, cargo legal liability, hull and P&I, commercial general liability, and other insurance contracts. Ms. Namazi is known for her deep knowledge of insurance policy forms and regularly advises underwriters on policy language and legal exposure. She also counsels businesses on commercial transactions, including drafting contracts and key legal documents to advance their business strategies.
